What do I do if I am still in pain after being released from chiropractic therapy.I was hit by a drunk driver?

I was wondering about follow up timing? asking for meds for breakthrough pain? things I would need to think about? I am still recovering from a rear end collision from a drunk driver and I am not doing so well(still stiff and sore 6 months later, deep tissue/muscle pain around the shoulder crest, and L5/S1 degeneration) since leaving chiropractic care.It is bad enough to effect my quality of life noticeably seeing as I am a very active, athletic 24 year old man.
Yes, I have an attorney who is working on the settlement now. I was under the care of an old fashioned but intelligent neurologist during my therapy with the chiropractor as well. He says in 7 years or so my vertebrae will fuse in the degenerative area. Thanks for your help! :D

Do your follow-up with an Osteopathic Physician who can adjust you and also prescribe medication, if necessary. I hope drunk driver had good insurance. Do you already have an attorney? You need one to help you get the settlement you deserve. I’m still having problems from being rear-ended almost 40 years ago. It’s worse now than it was then, and I did the full Chiropractic course also.
