Sciatica exercises?

What excercises are good for a person suffering from sciatica? Is yoga any good?

    I have never done yoga but I am sure it can help some people with sciatica. I usually do simple leg stretches and walk as much as I possibly can. Even though my leg hurts, walking is very good for it. Avoid hills and stairs though, which can make it hurt worse.
