I fell down the stairs about a month ago and landed really hard on my butt and now have lower back pain. But it comes and goes. Some days the pain is bad and others it’s hardly noticable. Will seeing a chiropractor make my back feel better?

visited the chiropractor today because I have been experiencing pain on the left side from my left chest, down my arm (especially the shoulder area) and all down my ribs. I have been to the same chiropractor a few times before and always feel better after going, but today after working between my shoulder blades my left arm pain got much worse and the pain is terrible from my shoulder and about half way down my arm. what could this be?
I’m considering visiting a chiropractor to treat my back and neck pain. I live in Sydney, Australia. What factors should i consider when choosing a chiropractic clinic?
I have had neck problems for about 6 months and i decided to go to a chiropractor. I had x-rays done and i need therapy for 3 months to adjust my neck. After a week of the therapy and cracking my neck, my neck feels the same but now my shoulder hurts and the pain shoots down my arm. I also got back pain as well. Which i didn’t have BEFORE going to the chiropractor.
So my question is this how suppose be in the beginning or is the chiropractor doing something wrong?
I’ve been going to a chiropractor for 9 weeks now, going twice a week. I started out with severe neck and shoulder pain. The pain has decreased drastically, but still have some pain. My mid back is extremely tight and not adjusting when I go. My dr. says neck and shoulder pain take longer to fix, but how long will I continue to have pain?
Ooops, I just read that says 9 weeks, I meant to type 3 weeks.
I am a 17 year old female who is experiencing some lower back pain. I play tennis, and run quite often. On my most recent physical, my physician told me that I had a mild case of scoliosis. Would a chiropractor be a good idea? I have heard visiting a chiropractor could cause more trouble than relief.
I am 24 weeks pregnant and having sciatic nerve pain. I had it with my first pregnancy as well and know how much worse its going to get! I need some at-home type remedies, as I just can’t afford to see a chiropractor.
I went to a chiropractor today and had my neck and upper back adjusted. Before I went I couldn’t turn my head at all, and now I can, but when I do, I get severe pain in my left shoulder. Is this pain because of the treatment, or do I need to go back and see the chiropractor again?
I have chronic pain in my neck, shoulders and upper back (trapezius area). Should I see a chirpractor for adjustment in addition to doing trapezius stretches to stop the pain? I’ve never been to a chiropractor before and I don’t want him to make the problem worse.
